The Food Management programme combines training and support for management staff (company directors and executives) in order to develop the skills of these two groups in managerial areas such as innovation strategy, business agility in response to market developments, the transition to the factory of the future and Enterprise 4.0. The programme is also structured around the Made Different initiative managed by a number of clusters and federations. It aims to train 300 people.
