The SecAlim programme broached the fundamental principles for the quality and safety of the final product. The themes were: Hygiene and GMP, HACCP, Self-checking, BRC/IFS/ISO22000/FEDIS, Auditing techniques, Traceability. This training programme ended in 2010.
