The Formabière project is a distance learning programme geared to the high quality of products from Walloon breweries. It aims to increase the proficiency level of production operators by honing their knowledge, know-how and thinking skills. In addition to the stages of the beer production process, topics such as quality, self-checking, food safety, safety at work, technical aspects are addressed. Slated for four years (2013-2016) the project was intended to train 535 people. The distance learning programme is designed by distance learning experts. Furthermore, breweries are invited to cooperate in the project through working groups.
