The purpose of the CHARME project is to develop customized distance training in hygiene for each food company. The programme has been designed to offer employees training that takes into account their production environment and particular system of reference. Finally, it provides a clear measurement of the skills acquired by the people trained in the short, medium and long term, which is indispensable for quality audits.
