Since 2019, SRL Atelier de la pomme de terre has been producing potato chips under the “Chips de Lucien” brand.
The company’s positioning is the manufacture, from local raw materials, of quality potato chips, 100% natural, with no artificial colorings, flavors or gluten, cooked in low-temperature oleic sunflower oil.
The SRL employs around fifteen people. In order to pursue its growth, the company defined a €3,100,000 investment program for 2020, involving the construction and equipping of a new production unit.
This will enable the company to increase its production capacity, optimize productivity, develop new products, improve working conditions, secure jobs and pursue its approach to sustainable development and the circular economy.
