The purpose of the BoulpatMobil! project is to provide training in the (artisanal and industrial) bakery and pastry trades. A delocalized, modularized and integrated training offer will enable companies to find solutions to the proven labour shortage in this sector. The aim is in fact to meet the needs of companies scattered throughout the Walloon region and to lift the brake on the mobility of (future) workers by relying on a mobile training unit. The training offer, which will be structural, and will enable a rapid, flexible and supple response to employers, aims to train more than 1,000 people by 2020.
